01/Work With Me

What working together looks like.

There is no single package that suits everyone, so the options below differ mainly in how much structure and review you want around the training itself.

[Training format & service area — in-person / in-home / online, TBD]

02/Start Here

Every option starts with the same conversation.

It's low-pressure by design: a discussion about what you want to accomplish and whether this is the right fit — not a sales call, and not a commitment.

  • Soreness
  • Fuelling / hydration
  • Session difficulty
  • Session quality
04/How the Coaching Works

Train → Track → Interpret → Adjust

  1. 01

    Train

Follow an individualised programme built around your goals, experience, schedule and movement needs.

  2. 02

    Track

Record training performance, consistency, recovery and relevant lifestyle factors.

  3. 03

    Interpret

Review trends and identify patterns in performance, recovery and training response.

  4. 04

    Adjust

Use those observations to refine programming and decide what to focus on next.

Then the loop repeats — each block informed by the last.

05/Progress Isn't Just a Number
Strength
PRs, load, reps, volume, estimated strength progression
Consistency
Sessions completed, adherence, training frequency
Recovery
Sleep, stress, energy, soreness, perceived readiness
Movement

Goals

Avg. session quality
“Your highest-performing sessions have generally occurred after nights where you reported higher sleep quality. Your lowest-rated sessions also tended to occur alongside higher reported stress.”

What we do with that: use patterns like these to help decide when to push, when to modify volume or intensity, and which recovery habits may be worth prioritising.

Example · Goal: first pull-up

  • Dead hang22 sec → 47 sec
  • Assisted pull-up60 lb assist → 25 lb
  • Eccentric control3 sec → 8 sec
  • Unassisted pull-ups0 → 1
Your progress should be measured against your goals — not someone else's.

08/The Consultation

Whichever option fits, the sequence is the same — a conversation first, then a plan built around where you're actually starting from.

Initial consultation
A two-way fit assessment. You find out whether this way of training suits you; I find out whether what I offer genuinely serves your goals. If it doesn't, I'll say so.
Assessment and plan
We establish where you're starting from and build a programme with a destination — with the reasoning explained in plain language.
Training
Sessions focused on technique, appropriate progression and consistency.
Review and adjust
Periodic progress reviews, honest feedback, and changes to programming as your situation changes.
